- No. Tier price is all-in for the included features and seat count. We never charge per evaluation, per supplier surfaced, or per export.
- How does annual billing work?
- Choose annual at checkout and we discount every paid tier by 10% — equivalent to over a month free each year. You're billed once for the year and can cancel renewal any time from your billing portal.
- Can I trial Professional before committing?
- Yes — Starter and Professional include a 14-day evaluation window. Cancel from your billing page; no clawback questions.
- How does data confidence work on benchmarks?
- Each benchmark carries a confidence label (high / medium / low) based on sample depth and recency. Where data is thin, we say so explicitly rather than producing a misleading point estimate.
- Is ProcureLens a supplier marketplace?
- No. ProcureLens is buyer-side. We do not take commissions from suppliers and we do not push paid placements into your results.
